After school wrap-around care with optional activities at Preston JMI from Monday-Thursday. At Preston we are fortunate to have a dedicated club room with direct access to the outside area and any other resources that may be needed. Wrap-around care will involve free play, providing fully supervised childcare Monday to Thursday during term-time, open from the end of the school day until 5.30pm. You can either book the first session from 3.15-4.30pm, or book the entire period from 3.15-5.30pm. ***To book the entire period please add BOTH the 1st session AND the 2nd session to your order. All bookings MUST be made in advance. Bookings close 10 minutes before course start but please book as early as possible. Regrettably, children without a booking will not be accepted. Spaces are limited*** We are now able to accept payment via childcare vouchers. Please email us at info@htcfc.co.uk to make your booking. Please bear in mind payment can take 2-3 working days to reach us and payment must be received in advance of course start to confirm your booking, so please allow enough time when making your booking. Optional activities (subject to numbers) will run each day with our FA qualified coaches. These no longer have to be booked separately and your child(ren) can choose whether or not they want to join in on the day itself. CANCELLATIONS
Please note: bookings are non-refundable, however a credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of HTFC. Please email us at info@htcfc.co.uk with as much notice as possible.
For children who cannot attend due to illness on the day, places will be credited at the end of the half-term – please inform the school of any absence in the normal way and let them know you have also booked wrap-around
