Terms & Conditions

• HTCFC and HTFC or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class/session.
• HTCFC and HTFC reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.​
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@htcfc.co.uk.​
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@htcfc.co.uk.​
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

Cancellations

• By us: If we are unable to operate due to a Government lockdown or other similar restriction, you will be entitled to a full refund. Courses or bookings cancelled due to weather will be offered a credit towards a future course or booking.
• By you: Courses and bookings are non-refundable. In the case of cancellations with at least 7 days notice, a credit will be offered. Cancellations with less notice than this will be charged at the full rate.

Discount codes and credits:

• Only one discount code/credit valid per order. Discount codes/credits cannot be transferred to other users.
