In addition to Breakfast Clubs on Wednesdays & Fridays which can be booked separately, we also operate wrap-around provision at Preston Primary School, now 5 days a week, 3.15-6.00pm (term-time). We have amended how these sessions can be booked. They are now all in one place under "Camps", and can be booked either as half session (3.15-4.30pm), full session (3.15-5.30pm), and with optional late pick up (5.30-6.00pm). Wrap-around care will involve free play, but optional activities (subject to numbers) will also run each day with our FA qualified coaches. These no longer have to be booked separately and your child(ren) can choose whether or not they want to join in on the day itself. Activities as follows (First Session / Second Session): Mondays: Dodgeball / Lego Combat Tuesdays: Ninja Warriors / Basic Cooking Wednesdays: Olympic Events / Arts & Crafts ***NEW from after Easter onwards: Wednesdays: Hockey / Arts & Crafts*** Thursdays: Football / Board Games Fridays: Multi-Activities / Multi-Activities A snack will also be provided to all children.
Camp notes
Please note: All sessions of wrap-around care including late pick-up until 6pm can now be booked here. The system will refer to the first session (3.15-4.30pm) as "morning" and the second session (4.30-5.30pm) as "afternoon". We are unable to change these headings, but rest assured you are booking the correct sessions.
If you would only like to book the first session please choose the appropriate option. If you would like to book both sessions please select "full day". If you would like to add on late pick-up (5.30-6pm) please also select this in addition to "full day".
All bookings must be made in advance. Bookings close ten minutes before course start.

TAX-FREE CHILDCARE
We are now able to accept payment via childcare vouchers. Please email us at info@htcfc.co.uk to make your booking. Please bear in mind payment can take 2-3 working days to reach us and payment must be received in advance of course start to confirm your booking, so please allow enough time when making your booking.
LATE PICK-UP
We have added an optional late-pick up provision until 6pm. Please select this when booking if you will require childcare beyond 5.30pm as this cannot be added on afterwards. If your child is booked until 4.30pm but you collect after this time, you will need to pay the additional £6 for the second session. If your child is booked until 5:30pm but you collect after this time, you will need to pay the additional £4 extended stay charge.
If your child is already booked in for the extended stay, our late club is only registered until 6pm and after that time we are legally obligated to inform Children's Services if a child is still on site and we have not been able to contact the parents/carers. In addition, we reserve the right to charge £5 for every five minutes that a child is with us after 6pm.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note: bookings are non-refundable, however a credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of HTFC. Please email us at info@htcfc.co.uk with as much notice as possible. For children who cannot attend due to illness on the day, places will be credited at the end of the half-term – please inform the school of any absence in the normal way and let them know you have also booked wrap-around.
