Camp notes

Open to ALL boys & girls aged 4-12 years. You do not need to be a pupil of Preston Primary School to attend!

Our Multi-Activity Camps offer a wide range of fun activities to get involved in throughout each day, such as Ninja Warriors, Olympic Events, Football, Dodgeball, Cricket, and much, much more!

Coached by our FA Qualified & DBS checked Hitchin Town FC 1st team coaches, many of whom play for the first team. Special HTFC prizes to be won.

Camp notes
• Courses begin at 9.30am and finish at 3.30pm. Please arrive from 9.15am onwards for registration.
• Please ensure your child has their own individual, labelled bag with packed lunch, water bottle and a waterproof.
• We have a "NO NUT policy" to safeguard children with allergies – please avoid packing any nuts in your child’s lunches.
• Use of mobile phones and/or photographic equipment is not permitted during the course, and we recommend these are left at home. Any mobile phone or photographic equipment brought on to the premises is done so entirely at the owner's risk and must be switched off or to silent and kept in the owner's bag at all times throughout the course, including any break times. If you wish to reach your child you should do so via the main office 01462720088, and likewise if a child needs to contact their parent they should ask any member of staff who will be able to contact you on the number(s) you provide when booking.

Cancellations
By us: If we are unable to operate due to a government lockdown or other similar restriction, you will be entitled to a full refund. Courses or bookings cancelled due to weather will be offered a credit towards a future course or booking.
By you: Courses and bookings are non-refundable. In the case of cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice, a credit will be offered. Cancellations with less notice than this will be charged at the full rate.

Discount codes and credits:
We offer a 5% discount for siblings - this discount is automatically applied to each additional sibling at check-out. Siblings must be booked on the same order to receive the discount.
Only one discount code/credit valid per order with the exception of sibling discount which is automatically applied at check-out. Discount codes/credits cannot be transferred to other users.
